Retreats

To retreat is to step back and this is the heart of what these intentional spaces are about.  A stepping back from life and all the busyness and usual activities and a stepping towards rest.  Forty Four hours of nature and a stunning environment, nourishing food, as a small intimate group of no more than 12 people.  

The time together is facilitated with a fluid framework that is flexible in its delivery for the development of a natural therapeutic space.  Session participation is optional and details on the content and subject of any sessions is provided when the dates and details of retreats are released.
