WHY I DO,
what I do…
It’s a passion and a huge honour to walk with people on their journey of learning to live freely and lightly.
I believe strongly in the gift of a space that’s open, attentive and secure. A place that’s non-anxious, non-judgemental and invites you to be truly seen and heard.
Here, curiosity and vulnerability partner with us on a journey to uncover the things that keep us captive. We examine origin wounds and their impact on our present day. We seek awareness of what stops us embracing the full and unique experience in the truth of who we are.
Fear, guilt and shame can easily convince us to hide, to cover up and/or to simply try harder. Left unattended these slave drivers end up with control and eventually exhaust us. This leads to many areas of our lives struggling in dark, painful and often lonely places.
The courage that accepts the invite to turn within and bravely cast light onto these shadows has company in my mentoring space.
Consider me your
adventure companion.
We’ll link arms on a journey to discover the truth of your identity and I’ll cheer you on as you cross onto news paths of freedom.

MENTORING: Supports Reflection
Aldo Antolli, CEO Pathways Tasmania Inc
“Engaging the services of Finding Space has been an expanding and valuable investment into our staff and management team. Finding Space supports our staff’s mental health in the difficult social services sector they work in, providing them the tools and opportunity for staff to understand more about themselves and the way they work within a team and approach tasks. This has enhanced areas of both their personal and professional life”.
Kings Baptist Grammar School, South Australia
"Implementing Oasis at our school resulted in sharing life changing truths in a highly engaging way. Our staff were equipped through the Professional Development Day to guide our students to explore their inner world and reflect on why they respond the way they do and to accept themselves for who they are. Oasis is the perfect partnership for King’s to see our students flourish”.
Kate, Tasmania
In the process of learning to love and accept myself more fully, I have found I have more energy to love others and accept my situation more fully because I am not so drained and depressed by my situation or who I am. Actually, the difference in my energy levels is amazing. I feel like I had trapped myself in a bubble of judgement and unrealistic expectations which was exhausting me and now I am free”.
